I am feeling very discouraged. I know it’s probably too early for me to be feeling this way but I am. I had my surgery on Oct. 19th & have lost 21 lbs since I started the liquid diet before my surgery, but haven’t lost any more. I drink my protein shakes & get my water in daily. I was excited to start soft foods yesterday but I’m not sure what to eat b/c of being at a stall. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
