You know you're ready for a fill when:

I am ready for a fill when I can eat vegetable sushi and tofu :hungry:

I am ready for a fill when I need to drink even more water

I was banded on 9/24. before I had the surgery I thought I knew all about it. Now that I am in the middle of it I feel like I don't know anything. I lost about 20lbs the first week or so and now its been about 3 1/2 weeks and I have lost nothing else. I go to the Dr on the 30th and I am thinking I will get a fill. The truth is I am wondering if I am doing everything right.

My doctor says if I lose on average seven lbs a month I'm good. I've been going for my fills every two months and have my third fill this friday ;)

I'm scheduled for 2nd fill on 11/2. I know I'm sooo ready for it, as I'm getting hungry more often. I'm trying to pay closer attention to getting all my water and protein in, but the date cant come quick enough for me!!

OKAY, HAD A BARBEQUE AT PARENTS HOUSE TODAY AND WAS ABLE TO EAT A WHOLE HAMBURGER, PATTY AND THE BUN. GOT THE SHOULDER PAIN, MY USUAL SIGNAL TO STOP, BUT BY THAN I HAD ALREADY EATEN THE WHOLE THING!!!:omg: TIME FOR A FILL OR NOT?

I'm scheduled for my first fill on Nov. 1, 2007, a little nervous about it, but, I agree it can not come fast enough. It seems like I am back to eating almost as before I had the surgery, and that scares me even more than the fill does!!!!!

I was wondering if getting a fill is painful. I am going in on the 30th and hoping to get a fill then.

I got banded on 10/3 and my first fill is Nov 16th, she said atleast 6 weeks, so let me know what's it all about after you go ok?

Thanks
