Learning how to eat regular foods again...

I am 7 weeks post op and it has been so strange discovering that I can’t eat nearly the amount of foods I used to. Just had a mini vacation visiting family, so trying different foods tore up my stomach on day 3 of vacation! Spent most of the evening back and forth to the bathroom. I’ve also been having a little pain where my pouch is, and a lot of gurgling in my stomach. Not sure if it’s just my stomach getting used to new foods?? I am still getting in my 2 shakes a day, and liquid/water intake. I do still get full real quick, usually with only 1/3 or 1/2 of a small meal.
