Gummy Vitamins?

Recommended Posts

I would stay away from gummy vitamins, and just take regular Vitamins. They just contain too much sugar, and don't have enough vitamins and minerals to make them worth it.

I can't stand chewable vitamins either. I had to throw all of mine away as soon as I could swallow regular vitamins (one week out). It felt like I was chewing on two or three Tums a few times per day.

There are some good bariatric vitamins out there though. Look for the 100%s. I overlook any Vitamin that doesn't have a lot of them.

Ugh. I've been looking for an hour and can't find anything that fits what I am supposed to take without being huge or multiple per day. I found one that is a one capsule/day but the % were SO high, it didn't seem safe. One of the Vitamins was 17,000% . Yikes. I really liked the idea of 1 per day though.

Any brand name suggestions? I'm totally fine swallowing capsules at 4 weeks out.

I take the vita fusion woman’s Multivitamin metabolism and bone support gummies. I love them. They are high in Iron B12 b6 and folic acid. I supplement with a Calcium + Vitamin D chewable as well.

I would take the Vitafusion Multivitamins. They taste kinda like fruit Snacks and the same consistency. Now I just swallow a multivitamin and do Gummy Calcium (also Vitafusion).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
