    I had my surgery Aug 29th 2017
    I was 299 when I started
    I was 271 day of surgery
    I am now 237 Oct 22 2017

    It's moving slowly but it's better than nothing or gaining.

    Thank you. I do feel better and the inches are dropping quicker than the weight. When I was 299 I was wearing a 4x and I bought my first shirt today size L it was fitted but a flattering fit not skin tight where you see rolls lol.. when is your surgery?
