I got sleeved on 9.7.17

I last weighed in on 9.26 abd I was at 360 today I weighed in and was at 357 only 3lbs down. I am very disappointed and need help. I work out everyday please advise.

    How many calories are you eating and have you been measuring yourself as well as weighing? You could be forcing your body into "starvation mode" if you're not balancing out your calories in vs calories out. When did you get your surgery?

    9.7.17 was surgery. I’m not counting calories but protein shake breakfast yogurt protein shake lunch snack then dinner protein and veggie.
