1 week sleeved

Hello All,

I’m one week post-op from VSG and I have terrible gas and bloating. Right now I’m on a liquid diet because I had a complication that required and NG tube and strict NPO for 5 days. Now I’m finally out of the hospital and on a strict liquid diet until 10/23, so I’ve been drinking protein shakes (Premier 1 and Fusion)

The gas and bloating makes it so hard to continue to drink water, any suggestions???

^ yes, small sips. And walk as much as you can (just around the house is fine) it will help with the gas.

Good Luck :)
