October 9th!

Hello,

My surgery will be here Monday! This all came so quick. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what kind of broth ect... they liked the best? Any helpful tips of what to get for the liquid part of the phase would be appreciated!

Sweet, I drank sugar free Powerade, water, herbal tea, and clear chicken broth my wife made me. I bought bone broth from Costco and other broths in the supermarket but none compared to my wife's homemade broth. As I progressed into the pureed phase, my wife made me lentil soup and bean soup which to my surprise I was able to eat without pureeing.

The first few days I found it to be a job to get my fluids in (64oz) I did it and as time went on it became a little easier. I wish you luck on your surgery .
