How do you get past 3 week stall?

I can't seem to get past the 3 week stall. [emoji20] I'm a month out from Lapband revision with Gastric bypass. At 3 weeks, when I went to the pureed stage, hit the stall. I've increased my walking, a bit frustrated and concerned. Any suggestions or insight welcomed! Thanks for the support!

I just had my first two week stall. I know I should exercise but I don't always. I have been doing some Richard Simmons old youtube videos; dance your pants off. lol. I don't do it as frequently as I should. I did, however, increase my small meals (having like 5 or six small meals a day - high protein).
