Inches vs pounds

When speaking to one head nurse of my program regarding my stall ...she said nothing to worry about ..sometimes you lose inches not pounds...sometimes pounds not inches..

Is this true..can anyone comment or this B.S. just something said to patients..

I believe this to be true. I stalled a few months ago and saw no weight loss on the scale but my clothes got very loose. This kept me going and after a few weeks I had a tremendous difference on the scale. Hang in there it will happen.

Absolutely true! I have taken measurements and pics every month.

Most definitely true. Even though my weight loss stalled over the summer months, I still lost inches.

Definitely true. At first I lost
tons of pounds and no inches. Now 90 lbs down, losing inches but the scale is not moving. Don't get discouraged!
