Light headed

I had my surgery Aug 29th, 2017 i am 5'7 and was 299 when I start this journey in January. Day I came home from hospital after surgery I was 260 I am 245 now. I take in as much protein as i can and I drink water like a fish now. But I have noticed I get really bad headaches and if i get up or turn my head too fast I get really light headed. One time my bf had to hug me for a min so I would fall he could feel my knees rocking back and forth. I don't understand why. I take my multi vitamin like I'm suppose to and I'm even at a stall with the weight lose. Is there anything I can do to pick up the weight lose again and stop these dizzy spells?

I get light headed if my calories or too low. my blood sugar drops.

How often do you eat? How many calories per day?

Please alert your medical team, low iron and/or low vitamin D can cause dizziness.

Have you checked your blood pressure? These are the things I felt when I was trying to get mine lower. I'm also low on vitamin D so it could also be that. Now my blood pressure is normal I'm not having those symptoms.
Low Vit D causes headaches too

I had a lot of these problems recently (like 10 months out!) for the first time. I'd been working out so much in the heat that I'd been sweating madly, and I think I sweated out all the salts in my body!

I bought some electrolyte additive to help replenish those missing electrolytes, like Berry suggested, and it's helped a ton.
