1 year weight lose journey started

Tomorrow sept 18 marks 1 year that I decided to start my journey of weight loss and a healthier me. My highest weight on sept 18th 2016 was 498 pounds...I lost 100 pounds up to june 21st 2017 which is the day I had my gastric sleeve sugery and lost another 54 pounds since then for a total of 154 in one year and I am feeling great...doing zumba classes now...can try my shoes and cross my legs when sitting now...I continue to keep losing and will post updates...for those of you that think you will never be healthy or lose weight...stay positive and take one day at a time because with work and dedication it will happen!20170917_214627-COLLAGE.thumb.jpg.fbbb953559864cefc64bcf7e6bcc4e97.jpg
