100 lbs down!!!

  • Popular Post

20170908_183345.jpg

I'm at about the 9 month mark since my gastric sleeve surgery!!! I've only just reached the point where I've lost 100 pounds. It's been a hard road and a lot of tears, I still hate sweating and working out and have bad days sometimes. The truth is I never want to go back and that's what keeps me motivated to keep moving. I was a size 26/28 at the begining and last week I was able to squeeze into a size 18! Which I haven't done in years. I'm so happy and I know this is still the honeymoon stage but I'm really hoping this feeling lasts!

(Also hoping this is the right subforum)

You look great! Keep up the good (and sometimes hard) work!

Keep going! You look so good and I bet you feel even better. Keep a little list for all the NSVs and reread it when you get frustrated.

Hi NixNichi,

You look amazing! I can see all the hard work you are doing is paying off big time. You’re an inspiration!

Tomorrow is my surgery day... and with Dr. Belzberg! I saw your review of him and it made me feel good. He seems like such a caring Dr.

Keep up the good work!!
