Well I'm in the soft food diet stage and I'm wondering if I could eat lettuce? Any info will be gladly appreciated thanks

How far out are you? I think most people/doctors do not consider lettuce to be a soft food.

My soft foods list says I can have one or two pieces of lettuce , but not a salad. I just started soft foods yesterday and would be hesitant to eat lettuce just yet.
