So today my psych clearance came in and my Dr. Is sending everything to Fidelis for approval ... my BMI is 38. Something and with slight blood pressure problems but really no other comorbidities ....IM TERRIFIED OF DENIAL ... my PCP wrote the letter of medical necessity... I need prayers ... anywhoo anyone familiar with how long the approval process takes ?

I have no idea of how long this takes because I'm waiting myself, but I know prayers and mine are going up for you right now!!!

They say they have up to 14 days to respond but you can also search the boards here-thats what i did-i have aetna and got my approval in about a week. Good luck to both of you! Keep us posted!

My approval came fairly quickly. Maybe less than a month.
