Hey there,

Looking for some motivation. I started my surgery at 335 and now I am at 311 so that's 24 pounds. The problem is all that weight came off my first week and half and since then I haven't lost any weight. I thought I would lose a lot this first month especially since I'm starting off really overweight. I've been pretty lucky with my stomach handling things. I've been on soft foods since week 2. Should I have stayed in liquid longer? Can someone share their story please?

As long as you are following the plan given your fine. Have a look around and use the search tool , most of us have felt the same. I am 10 weeks in and not much past 24 lbs lol so id be praising the high heavens if i was you ha just keep doin what your doing sticking to the plan getting all your liquid in, and are you sticking to the right amounts of food?

It's very common to stall at 3 weeks out. They talk about it in my program a lot. It's just your body adjusting. Hang in there and keep going. It will start coming off again if you're sticking to plan. I know it's frustrating because I went through it too.
