Gyne problem (ladies help pls)

Hello to beautiful ladies

I had my gastric sleeve one year ago lost half my body fat now the problem is since 6 months i keep having on/off vagina discharge which i never had before surgery and also on/off sever pelvic pain .

I'm 21 yrs old , I have been to gynecologist before and was told it was normal infection but i still keep having discharge and lower abdominal pain

I wanna know if this is normal since i started having this issue after surgery or is it something i should really be concerned for?

Also i have PCOS

Is the pain just during your period, or all the time? If it's just during your period, then it's probably related to your PCOS. If it's all the time, then you need to get the doctor to look at you again.
