I have this aggravating craving for popcorn. Does anyone know of a popcorn substitute?

If you're pre-op and you can eat it, try air-popped popcorn. No butter or fat involved in it. Otherwise, try parm chips? They at least have some protein, and there's a crunch factor involved.

  • I thought I was the only one craving popcorn!

  • Eat something salty that is permitted. You might be looking for salt.

Me too!! And I love going to the movies and getting even a small popcorn. This is going to be hard. I think I will probably take beef jerky or something to snack on once my stomach allows it.

Depending how far you are out you can eat popcorn. I pop my own, on the stove and just put a little salt on it.
