Questions about pills

Since coming home (sleeved on 8/15) I've taken the anti ulcer pill every day and the chewable bariatric fusion vitamins suggested by my surgeon. I don't take other meds.

Definitely having issues with constipation and was wondering if an over the counter stool softener pill is ok to take??? I'm also taking milf of magnesia (liquid) but definitely need more assistance. Thoughts???? Thanks
