Can you call your surgeon's office? There should be an on-call doctor available. If it is really bad, consider going to the ER.


A LOT of people have this problem with the big incision. It's to do with the stitch on a nerve. Can last for 6 weeks.

But, in case that isn't the problem here, if the pain becomes unbearable or you develop a fever, be sure to go to the ER.
