Yogurt is basically a liquid if it isn't a greek yogurt. You really shouldn't be eating until full. That is a bad habit to start. Measure your portions and only eat that amount.

I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op. I've been eating 2oz puréed food at a sitting. Today for breakfast I was able to eat 4oz lite dannon yogurt until full. Does this make since. Later on I was back to 2oz refried beans and was full with that.
