Saw my dr today and he has released me to regular foods [emoji38] nervous about it yet happy to be off of puréed.. for dinner tonight I had Trader Joe's Cole slaw and Trader Joe's carnitas about 3 oz in total with a splash of lemon juice and it went down fine.. could it be that I felt no restriction because I'm a previous lapband patient? I really tested the waters
