Kitchen appliances/gadgets

Hello! I'm scheduled to be sleeved 19-Sep and am cleaning out and preparing my kitchen for post-op. What are your favorite single-serve blenders, regular size blender, food scale, food processor? What other items have been helpful in getting you through the first few months of post-op?

I have never used a blender post-op. Whipping air into your food/smoothies, shakes is exactly what you don't want post-op. It will make them thicker and harder to drink.

The best tool is a kitchen scale with a tare option. I just replaced mine of 2 years with a new model.

Other than that, lots of measuring spoons/cups.

If you eat leftovers or have a job and need to take your lunch, lots of little/portion control plastic/glass containers.
