Hi everyone!
I had my VSG procedure on August 10,2017. I'm feeling really good and I'm on soft/pureed foods. I've been struggling with not feeling satisfied. I've never been the one to like feeling full or stuffed after eating but I don't know what else I can do. I'm trying to increase my water intake. Does anyone have any ideas?
