  1. Hi everyone! I had my VSG procedure on August 10,2017. I'm feeling really good and I'm on soft/pureed foods. I've been struggling with not feeling satisfied. I've never been the one to like feeling full or stuffed after eating but I don't know what else I can do. I'm trying to increase my water intake. Does anyone have any ideas?
  2. I didn't share with a lot of people either. A couple of family members knew (mom and sister)and a very close friend that had the bypass knew. I told 2 people that I'm very close to at work. I'm not going to say anything once I return. I told my supervisor I had to have a procedure done and by law no one can ask you about it. Now when you start to lose weight they may get curious. And it's still up to you to share that information.
