New Kid on the block!

Hi I am a new kid on the block, kinda sort of, I had my Lap Band surgery

on August 14th and have so far lost 32 lbs.....Dr. Batista at St Mary's

Hospital in Richmond, Va. did my surgery and I think it was the greatest thing I ever did for myself....I am feeling really good and hope the progress continues.....I have run into a couple of things which I no

longer seem to be able to handle and one of those was steak.....:help::faint:
