Week 4 struggles

Hi I'm 4 weeks post surgery I'm Dow 2 stone since the Op but I'm struggling to find the energy I need I've tried eating more protein but it's hard to eat any more milk having 3 half pints a day and a main meal still only getting to about 700 calories having trouble with an infection has anyone else had similar issue? I don't know how to puree food properly

I don't know your physician's food stages, but fluids and protein grams are the most important part right now. Most Americans are supposed to drink at least 64 ounces of liquid and at least 60-80 grams of protein a day.
