Optifast Flavour Samples

Hi everyone,

I'm supposed to buy my Optifast from my surgeon's office next week. They don't offer samples for sale of the flavours. I have never done well with protein shakes in general...gak ?

Not sure whether I should go with chocolate or vanilla - these are my only options here in Toronto. Do you have any opinion on which is better?

Less sweet?

Or ways to make them taste better...lol

Or does anyone in Ontario or even in Canada have any extra packs they want to sell so I can try before I commit to a flavour?

Thanks for your help!

I have no experience with Optifast. I would just suggest that vanilla flavor is easier to add flavors to if you don't like the taste. It's more difficult to cover up chocolate.
