Last Minute Tips?

Today I "pre-checked in" and paid my co-payment for my hospital stay, having surgery on August 29th. Any advice on what things I should put in my hospital bag? I'm bringing:

Phone

Phone charger

Headphones

PJ's

Underwear

Chapstick

Toothpaste/brush

Also, any must haves for my liquid phase when I get home? Or things that just helped? Any advice would be great! Thanks!

I wish I had ear plugs, I was right next to the nurses station and it was pretty loud...

Ear plugs are on my list now! Thank you! And I have sugar Free Popsicle, but I'll look into ice pops. Thanks!

  • Great question! Thanks for asking it. I'm going to grab some earplugs for my bag.

I keep hearing that LOL. The band around the stomach probably is uncomfortable.

Thank you! Luckily, I have a sweet tooth. But I know all that can change after surgery...
