Got my Primary Care Physician Approval

I'm brand new to this website. I am 36 and have been on a diet since I was 10, you name it, I tried it. I just made my 40< BMI (Yay chubby me) last week, Dr approved me, and now am just waiting for the bariatric surgery place to call me.

What can I expect now? I am in California with Blue Shield Access + ***.

I know there are nutritionalist sessions (How many?)

And a period of supervised diet (How long?)
