Body Fortress

Has anyone tried the cookies n creme protein powder by Body Fortress? I'm almost 8 weeks Post op sleeve and can't seem to find a protein to tolerate. Any help would be appreciatedImage1503158395.078221.jpg

I haven't used that one. But I did like ATKINS, Rich, and Dark Chocolate MYOPLEX. But a good nonflavored protein is GENEPRO. You can mix it with anything you want to, I put it in my Espresso every day. It is a good nonflavored protein, in fact, it is the only one that I have tried that didn't have any flavor at all. It's more of a weightlifter supplement due to the creatine monohydrate and proprietary blend it contains. Also, it has more calories than other protein powders because it's intended for lifters who hope to bulk up and gain weight.
