Panniculectomy

Hello all I was recently approved for a Panniculectomy code 15830 Excision,excessive skin and subcutaneous tissue ( includes lipectomy) abdomen,infraumbilical panniculetomy has any one had this procedure ? I'm not understanding all the medical terms

check out realself.com for before and afters. Generally, if you want a cosmetic result you will need a tummy tuck. My doctor said patients are often disappointed by panni only as it is just the apron removal. that is it. it is intended to resolve infections/mobility issues etc, not to improve cosmetic appearance.

I had my surgeries (I also had breast & inner thigh lifts) with Dr Eric Harris at Eviva. I'm debating whether I want to do my arms & upper back, but after having 3 surgeries in 2 1/2 months, I'm just focusing on working out again (with all of the recovery time, I couldn't exercise for over 4 months).
