Need To Switch Surgery That Identifies Me

Under my profile it's listed that I am a sleeve patient, but I need to change that to bypass. How do I change it?

      Click on your screen name ( top right on my screen) and there should be a drop down menu..choose "My Surgery", you can change it there. Good Luck.
