Portion control

What is everyone doing to help with portion control. I seen many things on amazon to help but just curious what everyone else is doing

    At first I did a lot of weight and measure, just a simple kitchen scale and a measuring cup. Once I got use to seeing what these portions looked like, I just eye ball them now.
