Restart?!?!?!

I was SLEEVED 6/2016, a little over a year out I have not lost any weight since maybe 6mths out. Grant it I do accept not being mindful of my food choices. But here I am trying to restart, being cautious of my food in take and working out. YET...3 weeks in and no loss...any advice please help I'm desperate.

No problem. I can say that I have used this method to break a month long stall. Hope you get things going again. Don't give up it'll happen!
