Loose skin is genetics, and how long you have been big.

There are people on skin tight that take 3 to 5 years to lose their weight and still have loose skin. It doesn't matter.

    Unfortunately, loose skin is not really something you can avoid. The amount you will have depends on your sex, age, genetics, how much you had to lose, and how long you were overweight.
