Pain in stomach.

I had my gallbladder removed laproscopicly last Tuesday. Today I've been having pain at and around my belly button that is so tender just brushing it against something makes me cry in pain..

It also feels like there's a lump above my belly button in the middle of my stomach.. anyone experienced this? I was in the ER Friday because I was having issues with breathing for some reason and my CT scan showed fluid building up around my belly button and where my gallbladder used to be, but they said they weren't going to do anything about it..

Any advice? If it's still like this tomorrow I'm going to the ER.. my surgeons out of town all next week :(
