When I was in the hospital, they gave me Ensure Compact Vanilla flavored shakes on all of my meal trays. Would it be a bad idea to get some of these shakes in the chocolate flavor?

Those would NOT fit on my plan, way too many carbs/sugar and not enough protein.

Second ingredient is corn syrup and fourth is sugar!

For the clear liquid part I used Isopure and syntrax nectar. There are some newer ones on the market these days too, perhaps someone can recommend some.

Great! Stick with that instead of that junk with corn syrup and sugar
