Hello I started going to a new doc and he wants to fill up the band in one go. I thought band had to be filled up gradually. Who went from empty to half full in one adjustment?

    I only received 2 at a time! Sounds a bit much though, I struggled for the first day after each one, on my last visit, the PA tried giving me 2.5 and I did not pass the swallow test, I am currently at 5.2 in a 11cc band.
