Three Weeks Post Op Stall

I'm only about three and a half weeks post op and I'm already at a stall. I lost about 17 lbs in the first two weeks and now nothing. Is this typical?

Totally normal. I stalled for a week I'm 4 weeks. I think it had to do with eating more solid foods

Very typical. 3 week stall (Google it)
But if you take some measurements, you're likely shifting, losing inches during this time, so pat yourself on the back for a job well done!!!

I lost exaxtly 17 pounds as well and I thought I was stalling out, come to find out I was not getting enough fluids. Yesterday 7/22/17 was the FIRST TIME I got all 64 oz of water in. If we don't drink enough it will slow us down. Today I already had my first 16 oz bottle of water and I am going to open up my 2nd one in a few minutes. Stay encouraged and make sure you are getting your protein in.
