Nicotine test first?

Hello,

So i am a newwwwbie! i just got a call from Kaiser in So Cal saying that before they even sign me up for the orientation i need to get a nicotine test done first. and the results can take a week. Did anyone else have to do this first?

    I had to do one 2 days before surgery, not in the beginning. On here, you'll learn every surgeon is different in their approach to WLS. Good luck! [emoji256]
