De-fill diet

Hi all, first time posting!

I've had a small defill today as been struggling with my band for last few weeks as it was too tight. Do you still need to go through the stages to get back to eating normal? Liquid, puree, soft etc

Thanks in advance

My doc says liquids and yogurt .... very soft foods for 1-2 days Especially if you have had an irritated band. Hope it all calms down for you.
