Does Georgia Medicaid Cover

I've wanted to have surgery for quite sometime. I've always had private insurance and it's never covered it. I had 2 sets of twins 2 years apart and had to quit my job to stay home with them so I now have medicaid until I go back to work in a few years. I live in Georgia and am wondering if anyone knows the exact process, if medicaid covers it and what doctors you used and when. I really appreciate any and all help. With the healthcare laws changing I feel like this might be my chance before the changes go into place.
