just wondering at what point popcorn is allowed after your sleeve in terms of sleeve safety?

My nutritionist said no seeds nuts or popcorn until 8 weeks out I think.

No popcorn or nuts for the first 4 months minimum for safety. None for the first year if you're trying to lose weight. High calories and no benefit. Farmers feed corn to animals to fatten them up. It works the same for humans.

My nutritionist said I couldn't ever eat popcorn after surgery. I don't remember the reason. ??‍♀️

My nut said 10 weeks. I've eaten popcorn a hand full of times since then. I have an air popper and it's really good with a little sea salt.

My nutritionist said popcorn is a slider food so it's not great to eat, but I could try it at 3 months post-op. I have it once in awhile but it's definitely a slider, which is annoying! I measure and track.
