Just do what you can. Work up to 45'to hour but it will take 8 or more weeks. You've had surgery it will take 4 weeks to feel human again. But walk as much as you can.

Great job. I did 5K this morning and will do another this evening. I'm just surprised that I am able to do much. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using BariatricPal App

My doc said 5k a day to start is great. I'm up to a mile a day that's for my daily evening walk, I'm not counting my daily steps so I know I'm doing more.
