Dizziness, headaches from pre-op

Hunger is making me physically ill in the clear liquid phase. I'm having bad headaches, blurred vision, getting weak in the knees, and having gagging sensations. When this happens I rush to the kitchen to drink a protein shake or some broth, which I find absolutely disgusting. Today during church I thought I was going to throw up. Cheated afterward and had some chicken soup from Newks.

Anybody else cheat a little with full liquids (cream soups, sugar free pudding, etc) during clear liquid pre-op? My surgery is 6/28, so hopefully I can stick to the plan the next 2 days.

Please make sure you are drinking enough water. Those are symptoms of dehydration which can be very serious. You've got this - two more days of ick for a lifetime of amazing. You can do it.
