Pre Op diet

Any ideas on meal plans to get through the 7 day liquid pre op diet. There are many different views on this. For instance I have seen some diets that allow patients to have lean protein. Getting sleeved on June 28.

I have been doing a 20oz coffee with mocha protein powder added, then a large pot of hot tea (first cup has bene fiber added in), next is 8oz water with one scoop of syntrax protein powder, 3 cups of bone broth, and dinner is crystal light with unflavored protein powder. I'm allowed one diet Italian ice also a day, sugar free jello, and sugar free popcicles.
