Still figuring it out

Its been 11 days since I had the surgery, and things are getting better. Had VSG 6/8, released from hosp 6/11, beginning wt. 241lbs, today 6/19 I'm 214lbs. How to eat although bombarded w wealth of info, is still a struggle. If I can live off popsicle, jello & applesauce I would.
