Liquid diet=No sleep

On day 5 of liquid diet and I'm having such a hard time getting/staying asleep with no food in my belly. I also have terrible restless leg. I would smoke medical marijuana but I quit about almost 2 months ago. I might have to start again though idk. Does anyone that has had the same struggle have any other tips on how to get and stay asleep?

I had trouble on the clear liquids, but as soon as I went to full liquids, it got better. I drank lots of milk, and the protein and fat helped calm me down.

My Doc allowed skinless chicken if necessary so I took advantage of that. I ate a small piece just before bed.
