so i have my second to last NUTRITION VISIT on the 6th of this month. and my last one is july 6th. ive had a rocky road. lots of turns and road blocks. but im coming up to the final few months. ive lost 32 lbs in the two years ive been on this journey and it seems like its not enough. it hard but i wanted more to be gone before the actual surgery.

You're in the final stretch! Losing even 32 pounds makes your surgery safer. As long as you have lost some weight and kept it off that's a good thing. Two years is a long road, but look at how far you've come. If you want to drop more pounds before surgery, talk to your nutritionist and ask for her help. That is what the NUT is there for. You should be able to drop a few more pounds in the next few months.

Keep your head up, smile and say,"I'm worth this. I will make it!" And we will all be behind you for support. You can do this! Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
